Day Services with Community Connection.
Our Community Pilot Project is currently a six-month pilot program taking place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Utilizing the Iroquois Sports Centre & Lake Vista Park our qualified staff will run community based day services.
​
Hours of Operation 9am-4pm
​
Structured programs and planned community outings that encourage the use of public transportation and develop skills around navigating the community safely.
Connection and Friendship
The Sunrise Day Program has a lengthy waitlist with continued interest and requests for service.
Our agency has developed this pilot project to support the individuals seeking Day Services and bridge a gap between our members and our community.

Our first six-month trial period is running September 2023 - March 2024 and will support eight individuals on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Thank you to the Town of Whitby for partnering with us on Tuesdays and offering Whitney Hall within the Iroquois Sports Centre for our programming needs.
